• Account Information: Your email address and display name when you create an account.
• Integration Data: API keys and OAuth tokens for services you connect (Google Maps, WhatsApp Business, Gmail), stored securely in Google Cloud Secret Manager.
• Lead Data: Business contact information you extract and manage through our platform.
• Usage Data: Campaign statistics, message logs, and analytics data.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our services
• To send outreach campaigns on your behalf via WhatsApp and Gmail
• To improve our platform and user experience
• To communicate with you about your account

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and Google Cloud Secret Manager. Sensitive credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We do not store passwords in plain text.

Gmail Access

When you connect your Gmail account, we request permission to send emails on your behalf. We use OAuth 2.0 authentication and store only refresh tokens. We do not read your emails or access your email content beyond what is necessary to send your campaigns.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely to provide the services you request.

Your Rights

• You can delete your account and associated data at any time.
• You can disconnect integrated services (Gmail, WhatsApp) at any time from Settings.
• You can request export or deletion of your data.
