• You must have consent to contact leads you reach out to.
• You must not use the Service for illegal or abusive purposes.

WhatsApp Business API

You are responsible for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. Misuse may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business account.

Gmail Integration

When using Gmail integration, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and acceptable use policies for Gmail API.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
